Fume Hood
WORKING CHAMBER:
The inner working chamber of Fume Hood is the most critical component, as it is directly exposed to fumes, acid, & various chemicals. We Construct the Inner Chamber walls from High Grade Stainless Steel ( SS 304), with an Optional FRP Coating for enhanced Protection if required.
EXTERNAL SURFACE:
These Cabinets are ergonomically engineered for durability and long-lasting performance. Constructed using only high quality, thick metal sheets and pipes, they ensure the highest level of safety and reliability.
SERVICE VALVES:
The fume hood shall be provided with duly integrated service valves for gas, water, and other utilities as per laboratory requirements.
ELECTRICAL UTILITIES:
Electrical sockets shall be configurable as per user specification, with provisions for 2/4/6 sockets, available in 6A or 15A ratings, neatly housed and safely wired for laboratory use.
SASH:
The front glass sash shall be fitted with a counter-balanced sash system, incorporating precision weights and pulley mechanism to ensure smooth, stable, and effortless vertical movement, allowing the operator to set and maintain the sash at the desired working height.
CHEMICALS STORAGE CABINET:
Ventilated chemical storage cabinets shall be provided at the base, available in multiple configurations. The unit may optionally be supplied with lockable castor wheels to facilitate mobility while ensuring operational stability.
